‣ A non-refundable deposit equal to 1 night’s accommodation is payable to secure a reservation

As a boutique, remote resort we appreciate your earliest notice if your travel plans change.
For bookings directly impacted by force majeure circumstances, in lieu of a cancellation penalty, the resort may permit date change/postponement of the stay up to 12 months later than original travel dates. Date changes are subject to availability and price changes may apply.
There will be strictly no refunds for no-shows and for days unused due to late arrival or early departure. All cancellations & requests for postponement must be received in writing and confirmed by the resort in order to be valid. Calculation of all times and dates will be based on local time in Fiji. Any refunds will be provided less credit card fees.
Valid ID and the same credit card used at the time of booking must be presented on arrival.

All card payments attract a 3.5% fee.

Minimim nights
A minimum 2 night stay applies year round. A minimum 5 night stay applies between 20DEC25-03JAN26.
Rate Exclusions
Rates exclude taxes, mini bar, alcohol and beverages unless otherwise stated, spa treatments, off-site tours, activities and excursions, in room dining.
Travel Insurance and Guest Responsibility
The resort strongly recommends that guests have comprehensive Travel Insurance, that is fit for purpose, for the duration of their trip. The Resort will not accept any responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of the company’s control such as late arrival of flights, civil disturbance, fire, floods, severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or failure of any machinery or equipment. Please be advised that the company will not accept any responsibility for any guests’ loss of or damage to personal equipment and property whilst staying at Savasi Island Resort or during participation in any activity. Guests are required to follow any directions, which may be given whilst staying at Savasi Island Resort or participating in activities.
The Company will not accept responsibility for any injuries, which occur to guests whilst staying at Savasi Island Resort or due to participation in any activity.
Tax information
Tax is comprised of 15% VAT. Tax rates are subject to change without notice, and will be applied at the current rate at the time of travel.

When purchasing from us your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. Pricing Policy
All payments will be charged in our local currency (Fiji Dollars). Please note your bank and/or credit card issuer may impose additional charges on payments due to international transaction fees and/or currency conversion fees. We do not control or select exchange rates, and cannot specify or guarantee the final charges to your billing statement in currencies other than FJD.
Wifi
All villas have wireless internet connection however coverage in our remote location can be intermittent. Video streaming capabilities are limited.

Traveling with Children
Please bear in mind the suitability of our resort for families. Young children must be supervised at all times due to the presence of unfenced pools, open decking, stairs and water of our natural terrain. As a quiet resort primarily chosen by couples, we believe Savasi is best suited for children aged 10 or older, and do not recommend the property for children under 5.
Please note children over 12 years are considered adults for rate purposes.
