About Koro Sun Dive
Based directly at Savasi Island Resort, KoroSun Dive offers snorkelling, guided dives and dive courses from Discover Scuba Diving to Dive Master. A 7 days/week operation, the dive boat leaves the dock at Savasi Island at approximately 9:00am each day, returning at around 12:30-1:00pm. Snorkellers can snorkel at the dive sites but will also have the opportunity to snorkel Turtle Alley during the 1 hour surface interval. 2 tank morning dives are generally offered for certified divers and divers in training.
About Colin Skipper
Since 2004, KoroSun Dive owner and operator, Colin Skipper (MSDT), has been sharing his passion for the underwater world of Savusavu – often called The Hidden Paradise. With decades of experience beneath the surface, Colin loves guiding guests through these vibrant reefs, sharing his knowledge of marine life along the way — always with a few well-timed jokes in between!
What To Expect
Swim with sharks, including our resident school of 100+ scalloped hammerheads, experience swim-thru’s and caverns, enjoy the soft and hard corals (including “magic coral”), anemones and clown fish, turtles, nudibranchs, schools of barracuda, tuna, jacks and rays.
KoroSun Dive continues to offer a full range of courses up to and including Divemaster as well as daily trips to local sites. Weather permitting, they offer day trips to the Namena Marine Reserve.
